This Privacy Policy explains how Time Progress collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use our website, desktop agent, browser extension, and related services.

- Account data: name, email address, password hash, role, and workspace membership.
- Activity data: active application names, window titles, browser URLs, keystroke and mouse activity percentages, idle time, and optional screenshots.
- Device data: hostname, operating system, agent version, and last-seen timestamp.
- Billing data: payment method and account details you provide for payroll or invoicing.
- Logs and cookies: audit logs, error logs, and essential session cookies.
2. How we use it
We use the data to provide workforce analytics, generate reports, calculate payroll, enforce workspace policies, send notifications, and improve service reliability.
3. Storage and security
Data is stored in encrypted databases and object storage (Wasabi/S3) with TLS in transit and encrypted credentials. Access is restricted by role-based permissions and audit logging.
4. Retention
Retention depends on your plan and workspace settings. You can request data export or deletion from the Privacy page at any time.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Submit requests through the in-app Privacy settings or by emailing support@timeprogress.com.
6. Cookies
We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Third parties
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing). We do not sell personal data.
8. Data breaches
If a data breach affecting personal data occurs, we will notify affected workspace owners and relevant regulators as required by law.
